Im planning on doing 22x9's

 

I like the 2nd Picture...but I would only buy those in a Gloss Black..There is something about me when it comes to cars..that I need everything to be Black..I don't know why...I just don't know.

 

3rd pic in 20's. 22's look foolish on this car.

 

I already have 20's and to me they look foolish. I dont plan on lowering and I happen to love the way 22's look on the car. But as for the type of wheel I really love the 3rd pic as well.

 

If you're on 20's now not lowered and it looks foolish what makes you think it's gonna look any better on 22's? It's gonna look like a mid 1800's covered wagon.

 

it looks foolish because of the gap in the wheel wells and the 22's fill it in nicely.

 

I like concave wheels. Some members are rocking Giovannas and Vossen wheels, and they have 20s lowered. They look amazing, to me is as good as it gets. I don't know if 22s will look good. The other thing you may want to consider is fitment and maintenance issues. If you drive a lot, 20" tires will be easier to replace and the ride quality will also be better. 22s may work for a show car, but not for daily drivers... At the end of the day, it's your call.

 

I like #2. I agree I think you should go with the 20's. The 22's are going to look to ghetto?

 

no they wont..the aspect ratio is the same size..for example...meaning if your 20's are 27" total in diameter tire included.. by going to 22's..the aspect ratio might be a 27.3" or even a 26.8" tire included... the gap between the top of the tire and the fender wont change... only way to alleviate that is to lower the vehicle... if you want a sent of 22's similar to the style you talking about PM..my boy getting ready to get some 20's and he is taking the 22's off..i might be able to move them for 1200 shipped...

 

I borrow this pic from another guy on here to show you guys the look im going for. And I work at a wheels shop so im completely educated on fitments and such. I was looking for an opinion on the style although I do appreciate everyones opinion. This is the look im shooting for
