Finally, Im Satisfied with Nissan.

So, after i got hammered by having to pay $860 bucks to fix that damn steering lock module just to start my car, i'm in a way not regretful that happened. After taking matters up with the BBB and complaining about this issue and how others are affected, Nissan gave me a Security Preferred Gold Plus warranty for 4 years (48 months) with no deductible in exchange for my pain lol.

So my passenger side mirror led turn signal was not working and i took it to the dealer after i got the warranty, and they replaced the whole mirror and i didn't have to pay a dime. Plus they fixed my cigarette lighter, i knew it was the fuse but why fix it when they can? Just wanted to share my experience and want to let u guys know, DO NOT HESITATE TO FILE A BBB CLAIM WITH NISSAN IF YOU EVER HAVE ANY HASSLE. It looks like they have these issues and have a way of handling complaints. Plus one of the workers from Nissan service department told me that if you call up Nissan and complain about your experience you can get free oil changes.

Does this have anything to do with the motor in the steering wheel? Is that what we are talking about? Sorry, I have been drinking lol.

Not sure if there's a motor in the non power tilt maximas. But yeah, I have the manual tilt so I doubt there's a motor in there, someone correct me?

I think it has something to do with locking the steering wheel while the vehicle is in park and the car is off.
