Not sure about spraying..Ghozt knows thought. If you tint it..that is a different story. Tinting looks very mean but when it comes to the night time..It is definitely not fun. However, I am going to put them back on for Spring..because it looks way to mean lol. Cost me only 20 bucks to remove them. A shop quoted me 140 and 9hrs of labor..go figure those dumbos out.

Yeah that's where I was at; I didn't want the light reduction from the outer tint plus I wanted to put some kind of LEDs inside anyway. Sort of went nuts with it.

What about painting the reflectors like the Sport models on the new ones? Same procedure?

The reflectors aren't painted on any model of Maxima stock, that'd be dangerous and definitely not street legal. If you mean the trim on the housing, you have to bake/open the headlight to get to that. Check out the DIY. Putting tint on the outside is a very different procedure from opening your headlights and painting them.

Those 2 bots on the side...?? I couldn't find them to save my life! Just to clarify... you can take off the headlights without removing your bumper, right? Lol

That makes more sense now lol living in downtown has its disadvantages...I really wanted to do this on my own and not take it to a shop.

if you're looking at the headlight straight on, its directly on the bottom holding a black bracket to the car. you wont be able to see it with your bumper in the way

I'd use high heat paint anywhere you can inside your headlight; VHT nightshades was only used on my amber marker.

Only tips I have are go slow take your time and follow the steps it's pretty straightforward but if you rush it you can mess something up

Nice work GNC!
I'm trying to put together a little list of everything my auto body man can shoot "Crimson Black" at one time before installation, IE Stillen front lip spoilers, head light trim, etc...
