Stillen lip and Eibachs problem?

I just saw a thread about bottoming out when there are 4 passengers in the car and it made me think.. I see Maximas on the road with rear passengers and it does seem to sag low in the rear... Im planning on getting the Eibachs.. have you guys had an even bigger problem bottoming out with passengers? Do the Eibachs turn the car into a "2 seater"?

Also how much rubbing do you guys get on the stillen lip, with the eibachs? as it is the underside of the lip is already getting rubbed

(19" wheels)

when i was lowering on Eibachs on stock rims, WITH spacers, i never rubbed even with a full car. you'll be fine unless you get wide wheels or go lower with coils

Full car (4 people, all about/near 200lbs each), eibachs, non-sport suspension, 18" factory rims: no rub, no bottoming. Some scraping though as expected on a speed bump or two. I also scrapped my stillen lip up a bit for the first time the other day getting over zealous about parking closer to a curb T_T. Small kine scrapes so I guess could have been worse.
