Holy blue!

Definitely a head turner.

A little too blue for my liking but I like subtlety.

Barf.
I like my lights to actually be used for seeing at night.

But hey, if blinding people is your thing, then go for it.

He has projector housings with an aftermarket HID kit so he is not blinding people. The color is too blue for my taste but it is his ride so let him rock it. What company did you get your kit from?

Well I had 10k on my 6th gen max and they were no where near as blue as these...I didnt expect them to be this blue and what would be the best k to get for max...I want them to have a semi blue, purple, white color...sorta like the stocks but with more HIDness...These were only 14 bucks.

I believe stock is 4300 kelvin. A lot of people go with 6000 k. That'll give a hint of blue. Obviously the higher the color temperature the more blue/violet you'll get.

5300K is the most usable light output.

10K is actually a purple color, so these are not marked properly.

Yeah those don't look 10k to me. Not near enough violet. I prefer white with a small hint of blue. 4300 to 5k at the most. I prefer light and safety over looking different when it comes to headlights.

Cool man, don't let any of these dream killers bring you down.... It's your car so you mod it the way YOU want it, let them worry about their own ride! If you like 10k that's all you! I ran 8k didn't like so I switched to 6k... It's all on preference, post pics when done!

IF you like blue with a touch of purple I think 11K is the right range. I run 6K so if thats what your changing too you will def like them, plus they have a great amount of useable light!

I just put in 5k's Friday. Love em.

Bought it from Retrofit Source, but was disappointed that the plugs on the ballasts were not H11 so I had to do some soldering. I refuse to use those spades that came with the H11 pigtail.

I remember when that guy was advertising those lights. I was contemplating grabbing them but wasn't too sure I like the double row of q-blocks. Those look hot!

Can you post a few more pics from distance? Say 20 feet away.
