Eibach springs safe or not?

Hey so I haven't been on here for a while but anyways just wanted to get your advice on whether I should get the eibach pro kit for my 2011 maxima. The only thing I'm worried about is that it will cause problems for me in the future and also I don't want to lose my ride quality. Pretty much i just want to lower my car without sacrificing or messing up anything. For the people that have those springs if you guys could give me some feedback about whether it's safe and if I should do it or not. I would appreciate it.

There were some issues with them in the past. I have not heard of any issues with them recently. Mine came with the spring insulators already installed & some kind of protective coating on the spring as well. Some people had broken springs. Eibach sent out replacements with the same coating and isolators as the ones I have.

I recently went on a trip from San Diego to Las Vegas. Car was pretty loaded down. I had no issues at all. Car handled well.

I would recommend that you cut the bumpstops to give you a little more suspension travel. This will help if you have passengers, or if you want a little smoother ride over bigger dips on the road. The ride will be a little stiffer than stock, but I think that the trade off for increased handling ability is well worth it.

I got my springs done over a year now and the eibachs don't really cause damage because the drop isn't drastic. Some thing you probably encounter would be alignment issues that would cause uneven wear on the tires but that's it. My recommendation is to rotate your tires every oil change and the wear would be that bad!
