For example if my front struts go out? Then that would void the warranty?

The drop on Eibachs is not enough to kill the front struts. But if you're ever in doubt, keep your OEM springs and swap those back in when you take it to the dealer

The warranty on the shocks goes away if you lower your car. They could try and void warranty on vehicle bushings as well, not there is much chance of them going bad.
I don't believe the factory warranty covers shocks anyway, since they are considered a 'wear part'.
