New MAX owner

Hey guys, new max owner here. Went into the Lexus dealership to grab a GS, saw this hideous Maxima on the pre-owned side, figured I might as well sit in it. Instant connection. 2 hours later drove off the lot with a car that had every single option i wanted (minus the RWD) for a lot less than I thought I would spend.

All said and done paid $23,000 for 55k miles with 3yr/36k mile extended bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Absolutely no regrets. Well except for the tint. That's just a ticket waiting to happen but in the meantime might as well enjoy it and try to keep a low profile.

2010 Maxima SV with Premium and Tech Package. Super black/black leather. I think that this has every option available minus the sport package. But it still comes with paddle shifters which is surprisingly extremely useful.

Congrats, the dealer should remove the tint for you.

Congrats man! Yeah similar to how I got mine, went in to look at something else and ended up test driving the fully loaded Max that was there - instantly was hooked.

First of all, welcome and congrats! I wonder how many others have a similar story. I went in looking at an Altima and bang, 2010 Maxima Premium in my driveway. I think you will love the car and get plenty more miles. We have at least one member on here with well over 100k and still running strong.

Congrats and welcome!

Since we're on story time. I went in for an emissions recall in order to re-register my Altima. Walked out with a new Max...

Congrats on the car!!

I'm surprised to see so many of us were shopping for other models and ended up buying a Max instead. I was in the market for a G sedan before I ended up with my beloved. Instant addiction as many of you have mentioned.

Congratulations! I guess it's a similar story all around. I almost got a Genesis... but Hyundai's salespeople were a bit too late on the call-back. Glad they were too!
