Most cost effective first mods

Recently purchased 2012 Maxima S. I'm looking to do a few mods that would give the most bang for the buck. Not looking to reinvent the wheel. Just improve handling first and maybe add horsepower second. I noticed that the car is a bit unsettled when passing at 60 or 70 on the highway. Kind of sways side to side a bit. I'm considering the front strut tower brace and rear anti sway bar from Racingline. Would these be the best first mods? Are there others that are relatively inexpensive?

I know these questions are probably asked alot. I have done had a chance to do any searches yet to see if there are answers out there.

Thanks for looking.

eibach springs, but a bit $$ (not too bad though, really)
FSTB is ok, RSB is good as well. Do these together.

The RSB is a great first mod. You will definately notice the improvement in handling.

I heard ALL and LOTS of good things about the RSB. Is there a front sway bar as well that will make handling even better or just the front strut tower bar or are they the same thing? What are endlinks for?

nobody makes an aftermarket front sway bar for us yet. the front strut tower bar helps too though. the end-links will increase the response from the sway bars, so are a good add-on. for power, the most noticeable mod imo was the CXJ intake manifold spacers and Stillen UD lightweight pulley.

A RacingLine y-pipe is the best power adder.
