Hey guys! So looking for some 12-14 tail lights! Looking to trade you mine (red ones) flawless for the smoked/tinted ones with some cash on top! Or just buy outright from you. I know alot of people like them, just figured I would give it a shot!

 

I'd save the money and just tint the red ones u have

best bet is ebay; i dont think anyone will trade you newer ones for older ones even with cash.

 

Yea know what you mean! Im actually trying around here at a couple of used car lots and they just want to much to swap em! 2 places wanted $260-350 to do it...might as well buy new ones right!

Bidding on a set currently on ebay, see what happens... do you think Ill be able to sell my 2010 ones easy on here? I was gonna ask like $170 for set....

 

I tried with the vht and with the plasti dip smoke color.... the vinyl not yet, heard its slightly difficult!

and with my dad being a cop, says I wont pass inspection AND can be sited... just dont wanna deal with that, plus when you tint OR spray them, they just dont look like the 12-14's... my opinion

Thanks man, yea I saw that but his look tinted, not OEM style. I just found a brand new set at a Nissan dealership but they want $400 for set shipped, good deal? No right! lol I just dont want to spend that much on the upgrade although I do think they will make my ride look different....

 

If u want them that bad u might have to go that route and hope u can recoup some loot reselling the ones u have

They will make the car look different, instead of bright red tail's.. But opinions vary here, for me I think they will make a difference.

I just picked up a used set up here in Ontario, Canada. The wreckers charged me 200 per side + taxes =465.00 CAD total. It came off a 2012 Maxima from their US site, the company name is Standard Auto Wreckers. Our taxes and other fees are ridiculous here. For me to buy these from the dealerships brand new would have been over $650.00 +, it seems we pay more for parts than you guys. lol

I doubt i would be able to get rid of these on Kijji or Ebay, but what the hell, i'll just add it to the pile of other parts I've taken off the car since i started the upgrading.

Yes, if you say it is 400.00 that is a steal.

No recent pics, I literately picked up the tail's this evening. I need to get some other things for them before I install it. No rush at the moment, we heading into winter months here so, to be safe I will install them in spring (maybe) lol PS. my car is white (pearl QX3 paint code) and with 2012 tail's it will pop.

 

Oh man thats a long time to wait... Ill be getting them here pretty soon... good luck in your upgrades to your car! Canada, damn bet its cold!
