Heated seat?

Does anyone's driver seat actually get warm? In my 2012 Premium the back of the seat gets plenty hot very quickly but I can hardly notice any warming in the seat base. My switch works fine unlike some folks that have had issues there. Any TSB's on seat heaters?

That's weird. Mine works fine and both the bottom seat and the back of the seat gets really warm. I've only used it twice. Here in Texas there is never a need really. Do you put it on the max setting?

I have noticed the same thing , with the seat back seemingly warming more quickly and hotter than the seat bottom. It seems to work a little better as the weather is getting colder now though.

The seat bottom does heat on mine, but takes much longer to warmup and doesn't get as hot as the seat back. Sometimes I turn down the heat before the bottom has fully warmed because the back has become uncomfortably hot. But again, it seems to be working somewhat better in the colder weather.

Pretty much the same deal with mine. I even tried the passenger seat and the same there. I rode in a buddy's 2011 Altima the other day and the passenger seat in his Altima got nice and hot quickly, the seat back and the base so Nissan does know how to do this. I wonder if there's a TSB out on this? I mentioned this problem to the dealer when I first got the car and they said that it was operating correctly.

Somewhere I remember reading a post that mentioned that a Nissan tech figured out that heating tubes were getting crushed when you sat and that he figured out a fix for it.
