Racingline Front Endlink Install Help

Ok so i installed my racingline front endlinks on my 2011 Maxima. I jacked the car up and removed both front wheels. I supported the car with jackstands of course. I took the OEM endlinks off and set the Racingline endlinks to the same length as the OEM links. I installed the endlinks exactly as the instructions indicated. I greased the bushings with Energy Suspension Urethane Bushing Grease. I used serviceable locktite on the top (the endlink mount on the strut) and bottom endlink mount (the sway bar mount). I tighten the endlink mounting nuts as well as the turnbuckle nuts. I then reinstalled my wheels and put the car back on the ground. Now when i drive over bumps i hear a clunk from the front. I repeated the above steps to check for tightness and everything is tight as can be. Could it be that since the car is lowered and i set the Racingline Endlinks to the same length as OEM that now the Racingline links are adjusted too long? I then read that the endlinks have to be tightened and adjusted with the suspension under load (ie. all four wheels on ramps to access the endlinks from under the vehicle)? Is this correct has anyone had any experience with this?

with mine i didnt set them same length as OEM, best part about them they're adjustable so I set them the right length so they're exactly perpendicular to my sway bar for best response. dunno what the clunk you're hearing now is though, not sure about that

You should have it under load yes if you want to take advantage of what they were made to do.

Racerbox do you think by not adjusting the endlinks under load that it could create a noise. I have read on other forums (not nissan related) where people made final adjustments with the wheels off the ground (not under load) and then encountered a noise. I may be crazy or just way off on targeting a noise but if an endlink is adjusted too long could it cause suspension components to come in contact with one another under harsh road conditions?

Best thing to do is grab a flash light and look up under the car.

Most likely though if they are the same length as stock the links are just loose.
