Can I expect that all 2010+ years of SV level will have the 2 position memory seating switch?

It came with the 2009 SV so I should think it is available with all model years with that trim level.

No ..... I have a SV and it didn't have the memory seating. It's an option, but not standard. After having an Accord Coupe Ex-L v6 that came with memory seats standard, I was stupid to assume my car had it without double checking first...

For 2013 it's available on the SV but not standard. It's part of the premium and/or sport package.

Bingo. The memory seating with two settings has been part of the Sports and Premium packages since the release of the 7th gen in June 2008.
