My dealership did me a solid but...
So I recently purchased my max. The dealership said any paint issue's I have they will fix. There was a good size paint chip in the front bumper and a scratch on the roof where someone clearly used there ice scraper on the paint for like 6 inches. So they legit painted my front bumper and the roof. Looks perfect. What could go wrong? they recon'd the whole car and on the inside they used something to clean my carbon like plastic around the shifter and over the cup holders that made spyder like light scratches. Kinda like what happens to paint. Can that get buffed out or did they just scar my plastics forever?

I had the bumper painted ( by an Infiniti dealer) on my last Infiniti because it had some chips, major mistake as the new paint never held up as well and within 3 years looked worse. Front bumpers take a beating.
Isn't your car fairly new, did they discount it heavy for the scratches ?
Nah bro, the paint looks good. Its my interior carbon style plastic that has the swirls. They went to town doin a recon and cleaned my plastics with something that swirled the finish. Can that get buffed out?
Mine paint looked great for 6 months also, I hope your holds up better.
No idea on the plastic

I had paintwork done over three years ago. Still looks factory.
The short answer to the plastic question is no, but there are things you can try. I have that console. Meguire's Plast-X mitigated a lot of the surface scratching. I suspect it'd have done a better job with a mechanical buffer.

IMO there is no paint like Factory Paint.
