New 7th Gen Owner
New 7th Gen Owner
Orgers, my name is Jake and I'm not new to Nissans or Maxima's. After reading a lot of topics in the 7th gen forum: concerns, modding, the car itself, the various trim options. I pulled the trigger on a 2011 Maxima SV-Premium. Has everything I wanted, though I'd prefer the Sport/Tech trim, but since I know I will adding wheels and other suspensions mods, the premium was the way to the go for me. Below are some pics, enjoy.... I;ll enjoy learning more from you guys. Have a Happy New Year!!

Here's her next to my 4th gen.

Welcome. I have an '11 SV premium with tech pkg. Such an awesome car. You'll love it. And you're exactly right--you can add in most all of the parts that are good from the sport pkg and get the best of both worlds. Glad to have you here.

Congrats and happy New Year!
I had the same thoughts when it came to buying my Crimson Black Premium.
With the added mods I pretty much now have a Premium/Sports model.
This is WAY easier than attempting to add all the "premium features" to the sports model.

Thanks, I totally agree.. way more options in adding wheel sizes, suspension work than it would be to add heated leather seats, paddle shifter and the navi.. When I worked on my 4th gen I had to source my leather seats and add both fogs and spoiler... The only thing missing in my 7th gen for now is the spoiler but I got the dealer to throw it for free, should have it installed in a week baring weather and work schedule.
