Hit a curb.....

Completely bent my 22" Vossen CV3 and even now that my stock wheel is back on I have a lot of shimmy/vibration that I can feel in the front drivers side. Haven't had the car realigned yet but it feels like I can feel every dip or bump in the road. I'm hoping the alignment fixes it. No pulling or anything I can just feel every imperfection in the road. No shock oil or anything so I don't think my shock is blown and I've taken out the strut assembly and decompressed the spring and verified correct placement. What do u think could be causing this intermittent shimmy/vibration at different speeds.

You probably bent something else under the car have it aligned they will not align it if something is out of wack it won't line up to center .

Before u worry to much, if u just replaced the one damaged wheel with the stock wheel it could be due to the different size tire/wheel

^ What he said!
This can happen when you mismatch different size wheels.
Just put your other 3 stock wheels on until you get your wheel replaced and you shouldn't have a problem.

if you put the stock wheel on the front and have the 22s on the other 3 sides, youre gonna wreck the diff in your trans. axle wheels and tires have to be the same size or else you wear the hell out of the spider gears in the diff

if you have no other choice but to run 3 22s and 1 stock wheel, move the stock wheel to one of the back sides and have 2 22s up front. car will drive odd, but there wont be any permanent damage like wrecking the diff

even better, just put all the stock wheels on til you get this sorted out, or at least run stocks in the front

When this happened I put all stock wheels back on. Still had the same problem. Just got my replacement wheel in today, got all 22's back on, realigned, and still having this shimmy at highway speeds! Nothing has changed. I don't want to start replacing parts piece by piece.....ughhhh

What possible parts will cause u to have a vibration besides torquing lugnuts and balancing all tires? Cv shafts? Wheel bearings? I'm not mechanically inclined and my alignment guy didn't have much insight.

Wheel bearings, axle, control arm, knuckle.
Something is bent.
It shouldn't be to hard to get under the car and compare one side to the other.

front end has to be inspected. make sure the control arms, inner and outer tie rod, etc arent bent. other thing is jack up each front side under the edges and wiggle the tire hard at 3 and 9 and 12 and 6. if theres loose play in the wheel, somethings damaged

I did that once. The wheel looked fine on the outside but it was bent on the inside once I had it removed.

WHEEL BEARING COLLISION DAMAGE
APPLIED VEHICLES: All Nissan
SERVICE INFORMATION
Impacts to wheel bearings (such as a collision or other suspension damage) may create
slight indents in the bearing surfaces. These indents may not be visible but can cause
bearing noise.
NOTE: Hub/bearing replacement due to impact (collision or other suspension damage)
is not a warrantable repair
If a vehicle has visible wheel or suspension damage due to impact (collision or other
suspension damage), it is recommended that the wheel bearing assembly be inspected as
follows:
1. Remove the hub/bearing assembly from the
vehicle.
2. Hold the hub/bearing assembly with both hands.
3. Rotate the hub/bearing assembly in both
directions (clockwise and counterclockwise).
4. If any gritty or rough feeling is detected in the
