$$ to install Eibachs

Hey guys. For those of u that paid someone to install your Eibachs, what was the labour charge? 4hrs? More or less? Trying to find someone honest to do mine and I want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.

My dealership wanted $300.
I did it myself in about 3 hours (I used to be a mechanic).

A wall spring compressor and an air gun would have been nice.
I used the crappy 2-piece manual spring compressor I rented from advanced auto, and my 1/2 drive ratchet.

I paid $75 per axle so $150 total. The rears you can easily do yourself with a jack and jackstands but the fronts definitely need a spring compressor and I wasn't about to rent a janky one I just had my boy do it all.

I spent I believe 50 just to get the front springs compressed and had the shop compress new springs onto struts, did all tear down and reinstall myself, very easy with a friend and some homemade moonshine

man 4 hours of labor at a shop, that's crazy. I am no mechanic, but it took me about 2 hours maximum. I used an impact to get the bolts loose and a machine spring compressor. $150-300 is pretty fair.
