help with set of wheels!!

Hey guys I'm new to this, and I have an 09 maxima and I want to get a set of staggered wheels, they are 20x9 F, and 20x10.5 R, the offset is F 35 & R 35, I want to drop it with eibachs, does anyone know if they would rub in the back once dropped??? The tire size is F 245/35/20 and R 275/30/20, what do you guys think/recommend??

I can help.
I just put a set of rohana rc10's on my 2011sv they are a staggered set and I lowered it with the eibach pro kit.
The wheels are 20x9 front and 20x10 rear with a 35 offset front and 40 rear. Have 245 35 20 up front and 275 30 20 on rear.
There is absolutely no rubbing and it looks absolutely perfect. No gaping wheel well to look at but it doesn't look ridiculously lowered either. Rides and handles incredibly ( I added the Stillen rear sway bar too) I feel like the ride is better than stock now and for sure it handles way better. I have not had 3 passengers with me yet since the mods.
If I could figure how to upload a picture on to here I'd love to show ya it looks awesome. Staggered on a front drive is odd to some people but they don't pay my car payment so don't really care what they think. Trust me it looks awesome on this body style.
Depending what wheel you get I'd suggest painting the calipers since they will likely be highly visible now. Very simple to do I taped off around it and sprayed them with high temp engine paint looks much better than stock. The caliper covers sold online look trashy and get subpar reviews and at $190 clearly not an option in my book.
Hope this helps a little at least.
Happy modding man.

Ok thanks for the advise! And yeah you should put up some pics of your car too to look at it! So you guys don't think the 10.5 would fit in the rear with the right tires and without having to mod anything?

I don't see it being an issue I have plenty of clearance with the 10 inch and 275 wides. But don't come looking for me in the unlikely event it rubs I'm just offering my opinion not fact. But I'd go for it man.

Also here's a suggestion. Call vibe motorsports in Cali. it's where I bought my rims they'll tell u the specifics just say ur shopping for rims from them potentially and are wanting 10.5 rears and 275 wides have them verify it will fit.

I just got a new good camera today so I'll get some pics up ASAP.

The wheels will stick out 11mm farther than a 10et40.

I have 19x10 with 30mm offset and need neg camber to get it flush. Gonna need more about 2 degrees negative camber in the rear or its gonna poke with 10.5 35mm

With a 20x10.5 in the rear and +35 offset, your rear wheel will be sticking out. And with the 275/30 on that 10.5 wheel the tire is going to be stretched. Lowered on eibach springs you should be ok. With adult passengers in the back I'm sure you'll rub. I have 20x8.5 +35 offset up front with 245/35 and 20x10 +38 offset for the rear with 275/30 lowered on eibach springs. My rear tire is slightly stretched and sits pretty flush with just a slight poke beyond the fender. I've had 2adults and a child sitting in the rear and I did not rub. The slight negative camber makes it tuck nice with a full car load. But if you go with a 10.5 with +35 offset for your rear and lowered, I'm pretty sure you'll rub with rear passengers.

Your car looks awesome, I just asked a question about how to make my rears look better on 19x10 +30 with 275/35/19 and your post helped out a lot, will be ordering the eibach springs today.

This is a pic of my rears right now:
