Mobile App for iPhone Issues

What the hell is going on with it? Is it just me? I've deleted and re-downloaded the app a couple/few times and every time I try to get in, I get a "Parse Error" message saying the server has sent an unknown response blah blah blah and it doesn't pull up for me or function properly whatsoever.

Let's get it together here already; it's been a good week or so now with this issue.

I don't think this forum has an OFFICIAL mobile app. You should contact the app dev for support.

It's by IB inc... so it should be the official app. I know there is another IB app that does all their forums though, but I haven't tried that in forever.

The .org app hasn't been updated in forever and a day, so something here changed server-side

Interesting. I did not know that. I never saw any announcement, etc. I've been hoping for Tapatalk support. As far as serverside, I'm just a mod and won't have any ability to view or see anything. They don't give us volunteers much access.

Mobile App is f***ing up again, see attached picture. Is anyone else having issues with it?

This platform would be for iPhone 6, and it is finicky as to which threads it will work for and which threads it will send the error message below and not allow you access:

An admin probably just needs to update the IB software that's running on the site here.

I'm using iPhone 5 and I've been getting the same thing for about a week as well. It's annoying and I'm forced to use my laptop for threads showing the error.

Yeah, just an FYI (which you're probably already doing) but when I get that message I'll go to the .org through the safari internet browser and go about it that way.

Hahaha it's kind of funny in a sense because I'm writing this stuff and saying to myself how much of a b**ch a** complaint it is, but bottom line is that the app is there to serve a purpose and it is currently failing to do just that.

Lol - I was thinking the same thing about it being a b---- a-- complaint. But I figured it would make it to the appropriate people that would want to know about it and fix the problem.

I do go to the browser (Chrome, not Safari) but I actually prefer the app versus the website, either on smart phone, tablet or PC.

Is this ever going to be fixed? It's been fixed before, so, to the powers that be: please tell your guy that it would be nice if he could update the firmware or whatever it is for the app to function properly. It's only been 3 months, no big deal. What's a few more months at this point, right?

I obviously preferred the old app.
