Good choice although a bit pricey. Any top brand synthetic oil will give good results. I use Mobile1 and change it every 7500 miles.

I've used Mobil 1 on my Maximas and have been happy with it.

Due to warranty i go to Nissan for oil changes. I don't want to f with the warranty so.... I've been using the recommended Ester oil. Expensive. Why?
So last time i was there i talked to the service advisor at Lancaster Nissan both of which are really friendly and insightful and questioned why can't i use something else and not void warranty. He said yeah u can so i went with the Castrol synthetic. Half the price of this Ester oil. Whatever the hell that is anyway. Haven't noticed a bit of difference. But saved me like 40 bucks.

I take my baby to the stealership as well to get my oil changes done. They offer Mobil 1 as well as ester oil but I've never heard of my warranty being voided. I'll have to ask during my next visit. Also, the price is $58 for an oil change with synthetic oil at my dealership

I got free oil changes for life. They put Mobil, but not synthetic.

This old fight about which oil is better is completely waste of time imo. I really think it doesn't matter what fkkn oil you put in the car, as long as you don't plan on driving it 300k miles. I know I will have sold the car long before I hit 100k. I don't want to drive the same car for the rest of my life. So before you invest in synthetic, ask yourself how long you plan on keeping the car.
