Basslink II install update

Just finished the baselink II install following the sticky thread. I'll be posting some pics in the next day or so. Wanted to give everyone an update.....The new baselink does not need a separate LOC.

I initially installed the system using the scosche FAI-3A. I wasn't all that happy with the sound.....I was reading in the baselink distructions and I noticed that it comes with a "universal input" for speaker level connections. I swapped out the schsche LOC and connected the baselink directly to the rear 6 x 9 speaker level inputs (after the amp). FYI, I have a 2010 max, bose + nav + RR controls.

I wanted a relatively simple upgrade to round out the bottom end of the system and I am very satisfied. And, without needing a separate LOC, that saves ~$20!! Hello LED's!

Nice! The stock system does benefit from some additional help on the bottom end.
