My e break light goes on.

After school I was driving home and then i look down to see how fast I was going and my ebreak light goes on and so does my vdc light and showed my car was sliding. I also have this problem when i go home at night and leave my car in the garage for the night. I get in it in the morning and my breaks are hard as a rock! Its like i turn it off that night, pumped the breaks and left it. Please help!

Those two warning lights are also used to warn of low brake fluid. The first thing I would check is the brake fluid reservoir just above the steering column in the engine compartment. Make sure the brake fluid is at the 'full' mark.

And do this quickly, if not, the carwill lock itself down and you will have absolutely no power like i did and it wont be safe on the road because it just wont go. Add some brake fluid and check the reservior like Light said above.

Additionally, if the fluid is low then you either have a leak or more likely your brake pads are worn and its time for a brake job
