Ventilation door problem

Hi, I own a nissan maxima 2011, I just figured out that I have a problem with my ventilation door (ventilator door, foot door and defrost door). When I want to choose a ventilation mode, it stay on the same mode. It is stuck on the upper vent...I try to find the FSM HAC (Heater & Air Conditioning Control System) but I can't find it...someone can help me! Thanks!

There is really no difference between 2009-current 2014 models. If it's not in one manual, it's likely in another.
