Oil Change Alert Reminder Not Working

Oil Change Alert Reminder Not Working
The systems did not alert me. Took it to the dealer. Tech set it for 750 miles. Took it back to dealer at 1250 miles. The alert never went off. It had cleared.
The dealer set the reminder for 2000 miles. We are testing it again.
Any help?
