Automatic Sunroof

My sunroof won't go back automatically with one touch, it only moves back inch by inch with each touch, the tilt option is the same way.Anybody know how to fix this????

May be a stupid question, but are you pushing the switch all the way?
Mine has a friction point in it: to that point and it is small movements, past that point and it is the full open/close

Happen to have a battery change lately? If so, there is a reset process.

I know on Lexus and toyotas the reset is make sure its completely shut. then press and hold the button until it goes forward and back completely then release. Check and see if that works.

I believe to reset u hold the tilt /close/up button I think I reset mine one day while holding both front auto windows up (to close and the sunroof I held in the up/close/tilt position at the same time.

Also the sunroof needs to be in the closed position or the closest you can get to the all the way closed position . I know it can be hard to tell but just step out the car and look from the outside. Makes making sure the sunroof is closed completely a lot easier
