I have 2014 Max with sat radio. I check it and it always shown me the local information for me is from CT. I live middle on Long Island NY. I want to be able to change it from CT Bridgport to a Long Island NY location but I cant figure out how and XM radio customer service is useless.

Fellow central Long Islander here. The system has a limited number of programmed cities, and no Long Island towns are included. The closest one, depending on location, is Bridgeport or NYC. It's a system limitation.

 

But I cant even set the default to stay on the NYC location
