Suspension problems

I just got some 20" rims for my max but the ride ain't as smooth as I like any suggestions on what type of struts and shocks I could use beside KYB (no coil overs I live in nyc)

You have 20" wheels. There is nothing you can do,mbesides go back to smaller wheels and tires with larger sidewalls.
The factory suspension is the softest made.

agreed. nothing will beat the stock ride and tire size. If you can't live with riding on that 35/Front or 30/Rear, then you may have to go back to the stock wheels. Why not just drop down to 19s so you can run a larger sidewall? That may be your answer.
