Issues with Sway Bar End Links Anyone?
So I decided to go ahead and finally drop my Max, but with that came possible consequences that I was sure to expect. I went ahead an dropped the car on BC coilovers which I'm completely satisfied with; however, I've been running into problems with both my stabilizer end links going bad. I've changed the front driver side twice, and the front passenger once already, but the knocking still continues over small deformities in the road. The sound is subtle, but still annoying to say the least. Aside from the stock end link, I've already gone through two different brands and still the same outcome after some time. Has anyone here experienced the same issue when they lowered their car, if so, does anyone know how to remedy this? Can anyone on provide some insight on this?
Lowered 3+" on BC coils, for about 25k miles now.
Absolutely no problems to date.
What exactly is going wrong with your end links? Just noise?

Aside from a noise, its knocking over small bumps in the road. The vibration of the knocking is felt through the brake and acceleration pedals. Just annoying overall.
I would make sure the end link bolts are tight. I had a little noise at first, but it went away when I went back through and checked all the bolts.
The end link nuts come off easily, but won't get tight with a single wrench. You need one on the back side flats to keep the bolt from spinning as you tighten the nuts on them.
That solved my problems at least. Also make sure the top hats are bolted solidly on the front.
May want to check your rear spring cups as well and see if they are moving on you.

That's the same issue I had. Did you adjust them yourself, the ride height that is? How difficult was it?
So my endlinks appeared to be fine and nothing was loose with the swaybar. I actually raised the car a little bit (about 1/4" in the front 1/2" in the back). I also reset pre-load on the springs and that particular change I believe made a bit of a difference for me. It was no longer. I did the install and adjustments myself.
Adjustment of the ride height isn't so bad once you get the process down.
