Is this a good deal on a '12 Maxima SV?
I'm going to check out a 2012 Maxima SV Sport + Tech package this weekend and was wondering if the listing price is fair and/or if there's room for negotiation.

Color is White
Mileage at 52k
Listing at $17,995
Location at NY
Clean Carfax, 1 owner

Also, what kind of fees/hidden fees am I looking at here? I know there's sales tax, registration and title fees. Anything else? Dealer fees? Delivery fee?
