Maxine turned 80K today

Brought her in for an oil change and thorough inspection.

- changed all spark plugs
- changed oil and filter
- changed the cvt fluid
- changed cabin filter
- cleaned and refreshed the k&n intake

Running pretty smooth (not that it was running like crap) and the only thing my shop recommended I needed to replace were the motor mounts; all 4. Any suggestions as to anything I might have missed for an 80K service? Has anyone replaced their mounts and if so what brand did you go with?

TIA,
KT

Did they recommend replacing the motor mounts because the saw a problem? I have never replaced mounts as part of normal preventive maintenance without noticing significant issue with them.

310,000 miles on my 09s motor mounts and still no issue.

310K?! Nice! I can feel a slight movement when you accelarate but it's not totally sloppy like on my VW. Eric, my shop guy noticed they looked worn out.

All four? That's strange. How much was the quote for that if you don't mind me asking? I am currently at 75k and am thinking about having the same services performed.

For that mileage, I would have also done the coolant fluid replacement and the brake fluid replacement. Some of the other things you have done, I didn't at the interval you did. My car runs fine as I'm sure yours does.

I just had my spark plugs and serpentine belt replaced yesterday, my car had 86,300 miles with original plugs and belt and let me tell you, the car response faster and doesn't feel sluggish.

I already had the below things done to the car last fall,

CVT Fluid change
Coolant Flush
Power Steering flush
Brake flush
Struts and shocks replaced on Eibach springs
