One thing that I don't like about the lighting on my Maxima is that the headlights have to be turned on in order to use the foglights. Does anyone know of an easy fix that will allow them to come on with just the switch or possibly the parking lights?

Also, what are some good LED bulbs or halogen type of bulb that will match the OEM HIDs without a big decrease in lighting? I bought a set off of Amazon that looked good and were slightly dimmer than stock, but they burnt out after 2 months so I am looking for a better option.

 

Better check your state laws before you do the work, as in my state allows fog lights to be on only with headlights on low beam. Not by themselves, not with only parking lights, and not with high beams.
