Key FOB issues

Hi guys,
first post and im having some issues.....2013 maxima sv

when i hit the unlock on my fob driver door unlocks but both front windows roll down. I am not holding the unlock button. This happens every time the unlock
button is pushed.

I have tried using the button on the door handle and again driver side unlocks both front windows roll down.

any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you

To get the front windows on mine to roll down I have to long press the unlock button on the key fob for three seconds. I cannot get the windows to come down by pressing the door handle button. Try removing the batteries out of the key fobs for awile to see if this sort of reboots the communications system between the fobs and the door actuator. You could also try disconnecting your car battery to reboot you cars computer. Otherwise I can not think of anything else as I have never heard of this problem.

I have tried this with no success. I have been told to disconnect car battery. Place FOB in car while reconnecting the car battery. I will try that when i get home today.

I have tried unlocking the car with the mechanical key and it does nothing. no matter which way i turn the key

Please keep us updated. I just bought a '11 Maxima and I was worried about this very thing. My previous car, a VW GTI, had the windows roll down while the keys were in my pocket. I left out of town for 9 days (car was parked at the airport) and rain water flooded the inside. After I received my insurance check, I picked up my Maxima which I now have.

I took the car into the dealer. They had to reprogram the system to remove the auto roll down feature completely. So now no matter how long i hold the unlock on the FOB it just unlocks the doors and im good with that.
