Throttle Body Cleaning & Vacuum Hose Replacement

If you find that your car idles a little bit rough. It may be due to a dirty Throttle Body. I use an K&N filter so it may let in a bit more dust with the added airflow. Here's the before & after effect using a throttle body cleaning spray. I did notice that my car did run a bit more smoother after the cleaning. YMMV

Also, while I finished that I noticed that some of the Vacuum hoses were deteriorating which kind of surprised me. Luckily these were easy fixes to do. So I ended up replacing most of them as a preventive measure.
Here the before and after.

Good advise. Do you happen to know the part numbers for the hoses that you picked up?

Sorry no. I just took a sample to my local auto parts store and got one that was close in size to the original. They sell it by the foot for about .45.
I checked my wife's SUV which is 8 yrs older, it has no issues with the vacuum hoses, there actually in really good shape so I don't know why these starting falling apart. Anyhow at least there easy and cheap to fix.
