Exhaust under $1000

Looking for a nice sounding exhaust under $800. Don't want to cherry bomb or anything. Rather a cat-back. Any recommendations?

Megan Racing, stillen and borla. You can also get some magnaflow mufflers and have an exhaust shop make you some customs pipes for under $400 I'd imagine.

You also may be able to look around for a used AAM or Motordyne CBE from someone trading in their maxima.

On a side note I have the Megan and it's perfect for me!

Which megan do you have? I read on their site that they say their noise is close to stock. However that's not want I want. Did you get a louder model or add anything to their set?

I have the OE-RS system from Megan racing. It's nothing like stock and it's not like a civic exhaust either. There are plenty of video clips of it on YouTube. In my opinion, it's the best option for the price. If I had the money I would go with a motordyne setup personally but this option is well under $1000

Ok nice thanks guys. And what do you think if the raceingline you pipe.? Should it be an add on with the cat back or not worth it?

With the racingline y pipe, you get what you pay for. From what I have seen on here, others mentioned that the quality is subpar and they are not the fastest when it comes to shipping. For that reasoning, I went with the Motordyne.

I have nothing but good things to say about my racing line y-pipe.
It is easily the best power adder you can install.
