Hello all, its been a long time since i have been here. Just purchased a 2014 Maxima SV to replace my 04, but i have a question. The OEM GPS Antenna came loose from under the dashboard but i can't figure out where it should be mounted. I have looked around under the dash but i don't see where the bracket bolts to anything. I tried searching on-line for the location of where it mounts, but i was not able to find anything. Your help is appreciated.

Yes. I read a couple of threads where it states that it has to be mounted in a certain position so it can receive better satellite signal. I want to mount the antenna back where Nissan had it installed if possible.

 

Do you know where these positions are? If so, try the different positions and choose which one you like best. And if all else fails, take it to a Nissan Dealer since they have that particular information, and ask them where it mounts and that you'd do it yourself (don't wanna cost an arm and a leg now
