2013 Nissan Maxima Handling upgrades needed

I have a 2013 Nissan Maxima SV with the premium package.
For some strange reason the handling/steering does not feel right. I am looking for some suggestions on upgrading the steering.
The ride is fine but the car likes to go where it wants to go. I feel like I am always fighting the wheel. The car does not pull to the left or right. The car sways a little bit when turning but my biggest complaints are
1- the car moves from left to right, Not sway but imagine holding your head still and moving just your shoulders left to right.
Will a sway bar help or do I need better shocks or a strut tower, end links, etc. What will help the most.
My other car is a 335XI (BMW) not sure if I am asking too much but I would like the maxima to handle more like the BMW.

Stock tires

I still have the stock tires. This is my daily driver. Not looking for extreme cornering but I want to feel the road.

Ultra high performance all season tires, oem tires are terrible. I got monroe oespectrum struts as well. And add a rear sway bar, that should be great for a DD.

Does it help to install lowering springs or a strut bar. The car feels like a boat out of water and the insurance company thinks it is a high performance sports car.

Springs perhaps no real need for a strut bar.

So how will a strut bar tighten it up?
What shocks and struts are you running with the Eibach springs.
This is my daily driver so I don't want a rough ride but I want to improve the handling. The car will shift left to right (Not sway but it moves left to right).
I wish I could make the car ride and handle like my BMW 330xi.

What are the best handling improvements that I should make on My 2013 Maxima SV.
Strut tower?
Struts and Shocks?
Tires?
Springs?
Lowering springs?
Coil Overs
Rear Sway Bar?
Where should I start???

I want it to feel a little more like a sports car but I still want a smooth but not soft ride. It is my daily driver so it has to be comfortable.

I am not quite understanding your question. Is it "my steering has gotten vague" over the years or "I want better handling than stock."

If the first, I would check alignment and more specifically, for worn suspension components. It should not "sway" driving down the road.

How many miles on your max OP? My struts were worn and a rear one leaking at 50K miles.

Yes, I want better handling than stock. I feel like a bobble head when I am driving the car.
The mileage is 28,000 I wouldnt think the shocks and struts are bad but I am sure the stocks are junk.
I just don't know where to start with my upgrades.
Do I start with shocks and struts or sway bar, strut tower, lowering springs, etc.

Rear shocks and swaybar can be installed in an afternoon. Strut tower as well.

+1 for a stillen rear sway bar. I'm a stock kind of guy...like a nice ride as a DD, but like it to perform decently like Win1Baby1. Pretty easy swap out and definitely worth it. I'd start there and see what's happening.
