When I start my car it makes a weird noise under the steering column (no it's not telescopic steering wheel). It does it every time I start the car. It also makes this noise when I turn the temperature controll up or down...even small bumps in temp say from 65 to 67 it makes the noise. Temp control seems to be working fine just wanted to try to address it before anything just stops working. Thanks in advance!
