Im swapping an interior from cloth to leather and had a couple questions?

The air bags on both donor fronts deployed (no sweat bc I got them both for under $100) and can get them both repaired for $150.

What I wanted to know is how hard would it be to take the side air bags out of my current cloth seat? Can I get them out from the back panel or do I just cut the seat?

I really don't want to cut the seat bc I can try to sell them and recoup a couple bucks (I think).

Anything else I should be aware of?

Why on gods green earth would Nissan make that Cafe Latte color is BEYOND me! Its just too light to be in a car and kept clean. FYI, I got the car for a stupid deal, this color would not have been my first, second, or third choice.
