How much for lip kit painting?

What is a reasonable price for painting and installing a lip kit for a pearl white maxima? I wanted it to be pearl white as well(the lip kit), and every local shop is telling me 250-300 I want to make sure its reasonable

Professional prep, prime, and painting on a bumper can cost 300-500 so I’d say that the price they gave you for the lip is resonable, however I think it’s best to save the money and just do it yourself. Paint work isn’t hard, it just takes patience and making sure you use the proper steps and paint/primer. There’s tons of videos on YouTube that show you how to paint lips/bumpers. However, not everyone is a DIYer or has the time so if you can easily afford it, go ahead a pay a pro.

That's the thing, they have to make as much paint for the lip as they would a whole bumper, so that by itself you're looking at $60+, then add in materials sandpaper, clear coat, you're looking at parts alone almost $100. Figure 2 hours worth of work at about 80 an hour, it's not far off. I wouldn't however recommend that you do it yourself unless you've had a lot of experience prepping. Also note, that for a plastic part you need to get a flex agent into the paint you buy. THe body shop will put that in automatically, and they should likely warrantee their work, 12 months to 3 years...the more warrantee, the more it could cost, but bottom line, you're not getting ripped off for that kind of money.
