Replacing a Power Mirror Turn Signal LED

Hey all. Both my turn signal LEDs went out in my power mirrors and I got priceless advice here to just order the LEDS that are used in the Altimas. Did that and now I’m in the middle of installing them. I’ve run into a problem with the passenger side. I’m trying to get the LED out of the mirror but the wire connector seems to be stuck and doesn’t want to move out of the LED housing.

It seems like part of the -pin connector has broken off and the rest of it is still in the LED. Can someone please provide some suggestions on how to get it out of the plastic of the LED? I’ve tried for several hours without damaging the wires.

I would use some WD-40 and let it soak aroud 3 hours and break the housing around the connectors with long nose pliers to be able to see why they are stuck and figure out the best way to disconnect them
