Key fob not working

when I try to lock or unlock it won’t work sometimes. I have 2 key fobs so don’t think it’s they key fob itself or the battery. Even when trying to press the button on the door on the outside it doesn’t lock/unlock

First things I would do is buy two new batteries and put them into you fob's. The batteries in the fobs might be new but they could be bad. Make sure the inside of the fob is nice and clean. Disconnect the neg terminal on the car battery for half hour to reset the car's computer. For that lock/unlock button on the door handle to work you need a working fob in proximity to the door handle.
