I'm looking to buy a max, I like the premium pkg ones. I saw two 2010 ones for sale, a premium pkg one has 125k mi for 5400 (black on black) and the other has 98k mi for 6gs. The one with 98k mi is just leather seats and sunroof (burgundy w/ cream seats). What are the upsides and downsides to both of them?

Are you sure the black one is the Premium? It has 19 inch wheels and looks like a spoiler on the back, both items are standard on the SV Sport.

I would steer clear of those two piles.. Stay away from high mileage and Salvage, "rebuilt" cars.. Be careful of these small dealer lots.. they buy from auctions and sell to the public.. A 5 or 6 grand 7th gen Maxima is asking for trouble..

oh for sure, I'm only looking at clean titles. We have a lot of small dealerships where I live, but i rather get it from a private owner tho.
the guy that's selling the burgundy car, i asked him to meet up since yesterday still havent heard back from him.

Scored 1 that is 2011 S, 74k miles, light blue, black cloth, 1 owner, clean no accident title. Basic 2011 yes but very clean in and out. Not an auction car. $9200 before tax.
I agree 6k to 7k is low for a 7th gen that is in good shape.

nice. From from I've seen that's about the price you'll pay for that kind of mileage.
what makes me skeptical is that there are a lot of these max on offer up and let go.
