Converting from HID to LED

Hello, i recently was in a wreck and smashed up my front end everything has gone well in the repair sector except for the headlight. My maxima has Xenon HID bulbs and one headlight housing got destroyed. Turns out a new light housing is 300$ i found a set of LED headlights that look great that i would love to put in but they say they can only be used in maximas that have halogen set-ups. My question is has anyone converted from HID to LED, how did you do it? what kit did you use?
Here are the lights i want to use, any help is appreciated - Alan

Update

Update, i ripped the connection wires out of the ballasts of my old HID lights and soldered them to the new light connectors. then i sealed and waterproofed them, worked great. very happy. this will probably set off some purest but it worked for my needs.

What are the lumens on those lights? I believe the stock hid with a 35 watt ballast is like 3500 lumens give or take...

Theses are defiantly brighter than my old HID's most likely because my HID's were faded. but that wasn't the point it was the fact that these as a set were 200$ cheaper than one new HID light

So you saying these $300 Led headlights have more than 3500 Lumens?

Now,when we talk About led conversion, are we talking about an led accent inside the headlight or led low beam conversion?

You should get get switchback LEDs if u see in my pic the daytime lights are white and the turn signal turns yellows when I put them on and u should hook the tube light to the fog lights like I did so u can just drive with the tube and fog
