These codes could be a magnitude of things, what is the car? Year? Mileage? Trim? Any symptoms or issues? Service engine soon light on?
Details needed for guidance.

Google has those codes. Can bus connectivity was one of them. Like Mahandeem asked what are the details?

I get P0725 and U1000 when every I re-flash my ECU with the UpRev ROM editor. I have no drive-ability issues and I don't actually get a light. If I clear it, it won't comeback until I reflash. For the heck of it (and what I would suggest) is to check your grounds. I did clean mine up on some spots (battery to Transmission) and added extra grounding, though I don't think this had much impact..

How does UpRev serving you? Does it really "tweak" performance?

My bet is ground or power issue. Was it driving poorly?

To be honest it's been sitting in the garage for almost 2 months that I took it out did a oil change and everything else to it butt. Positive terminal was corroded in my fuses was gone so I replaced everything today when I turned it on the engine light was still on drove it for a little bit just got in a right now and it's actually off but overall the car is running good

Clear codes, drive, and enjoy.
If same codes come back soon, then have a deeper look (provided car is running fine and you have no drivability issues).
That's pretty much what I do with almost any CEL problem.

Probably they relate the U1000 code to faulty module communication. I'd do the ECU update, might not fix things but I don't see it cause additional problems, and if I remember correctly update also tweaks CVT RPM-shift points for 09 and 10 so if 150 is swallowable for you do it but let them know if you still get CEL they need to continue to troubleshoot things.
