Oil pan gasket

Hi guy's, So upon doing my recent oil change on my 2010 Nissan Maxima I noticed my oil pan has a lot of rust on the surface and is going to need replacing, Upon searching for new oil pans I see the option of purchasing the gasket. I know these oil pans have RTV gaskets from factory but I'm wondering if buying the gasket will get the job done instead of using RTV? Thanks in advance for any input!

RTV is the best solution, it's not so awful to work with, just watch some videos on YT and you'll be fine.
