Heating issue

I recently wasnt getting much, if any heat blowing through any vents. I changed out the air mix actuator and blower motor. Now I get some heat through the drivers side vents but cold air through the passenger's side. It still doesnt seem like its blowing strong enough either. Any help would be appreciated since Wisconsin is about to make ice now. Tia

You did inspect the cabin air filter? seems obvious, but I had to ask...sorry.

Also check the coolant and bleed the system. Other than blocked filter and ducts it seems you have covered the bases.

I changed out the cabin filter and cleaned out what I could out of the housing about a month before it started happening.
