Cold Air Intake
Cold Air Intake
I ordered the K&N 69-7002TTK and wondering if anyone has experience with these cold air intakes installed. Did you see improvements with HP? Or did more issues come up?

Does more harm then good. Makes the engine sound more aggressive but that’s it. Might actually lose power. Believe it or not,the oem air box does a better job. The one you ordered is just gonna suck in hot air from your engine bay. And these engines pump out some heat! Engines do not like hot air. Decreases power

had one on my 18SV took it off because of that reason my MAF sensor failed, the intake leaves oil in your MAF not a a lot but it will cause a MAF sensor fail idk if am the only one to experience it but that is what happened to me, threw it away and kept the OEM, no gain in HP or anything just loud and sucks HOT air in like MaimusN8 said. defiantly not worth putting on your car IMO of course.
