A/c compressor

A/c compressor changed and still not working anybody every had this problem

Have you disconnected the wires from the compressor and read the voltage? I don’t think it’s a 12v system, I think, maybe, it’s only 5v. Just enough to energize the electro-magnet. If you aren’t reading voltage at the compressor then move to the pressure switch. It’s usually mounted at the radiator. When you disconnect the wire harness on the switch, you should see 3 pins inside the harness. You can try jumpering the pins (car running and a/c on) to see if you can manually get the compressor to come on. If it does, then you have a bad switch, if nothing happens look at the compressor relay

Thanks

The wire harness was the problem the prongs was bent on the compressor so I straighten it out and now the compressor is working.
