My 2013 has 48K, I live in MN and am thinking of doing a coolant flush.

I haven't priced the dealer yet but a local shop wants $180 plus tax for a BG flush which includes some sort of warranty, awaiting details on that.

Skip the warranty, it's only if you change all of your fluids with BG and do it as scheduled which is likely to be far more often than a car driven ~6k miles per year needs

Is there any advantage to the BG fluid and flush over the dealer as they claim it does the entire system. Thanks

 

Go to the dealer and get it done. I went to 2 different independent mechanics and they didn't do the entire system because of lack of knowledge. Save yourself the headache, fork over the $100 extra and go to dealer.
