2009 Rear Blinkers not working

Checked fuses, Checked bulbs and both are good. Turned on turn indicator but am not seeing any voltage. The front is working fine but flashing fast. I don't know which one is the relay with the stupid diagram on the cover. Please help

Our 7th gen don't have the old style electro mechanical switches, it is all in the BCM. Are your mirror lights working? Flashing fast is still an indication that either a connector came loose, or perhaps you do have blown bulbs (that just look good)

the mirror blinkers are working. Where is the BCM located? Thank you for your time ... very much appreciate it
